However, I, like many others, jumped on the Black Friday deal, but didn't enroll in it until a week later. In just less than two months, I definitely got my $30 worth and even more. Here's what did it for me:
- BioShock Infinite - A game that was released not too long ago and retails for $30 on Amazon. I enjoyed the previous BioShock games, and I'm glad I get to try the latest one without spending extra cash.
- Deus Ex HR Director's Cut - Was going to buy this (also $30), but when I saw it was going to be on sale for $13, I jumped at it. I've sold my original copy for around $20, so that pretty much paid my new DE copy and a little more.
- Tales of Xillia - For $10. Nuff' said
- Also got a bunch of PSN titles for half price.
As for the features, they're pretty neat. I can have my PS3 turn on by itself while I'm at work, so it could update my games & system and also upload game saves. Sony definitely stepped it up with the PS+ program, and hopefully they keep this momentum going. Just wanted to give my two cents and admit I was wrong.
Am I the only one who hated PS Plus at first but now likes it?
