COD4 is a good modern war shooter. It popularised modern warfare in games. Thats what it did. Not the things that were already done by many before it. |
Agree to disagree then. If you look at first person shooters before and after COD4, it should be pretty clear which game changed the course of FPS games, mechanically. But yeah.. we're going way off course, OP stated last gen.
