It isn't that hard:

• North America - 2.03m
• Latin America - 50k
• UK - 370k
• France + Germany - 210k
• Spain + Portugal - 40k
• Italy - 50k
• Rest of Europe - 20k
• Australia + NZ - 130k

3m is rounded up, much like Sony's 4.2m is.

Yet one of those is sold out everywhere and the other isn't. We all knew these were shipment numbers, only with the state the PS4 is at right now shipped = 99% sold.
