Yes. I decided I only want to do every .5 ( OP updated ) And its not quite a 9. So down to 8.5 it goes.

No I just never liked the in between .1's. I feel they arent very meaningful. Its a personal decision. And  why Ryse didnt go up is because I dont feel its a 9.
