Just like with Nintendo fans did with the Wii U before the other consoles launched, Xbox fans believe that if their console loses demand than it will happen/is happening to the other console.  Just ignore all those instant PS4 sellouts WW when a store does get more stock.  Which still happens even after the PS4 has outsold the One by 1.2M+.
