Hmmm... College guys beaten by little girls, boy band playing MK, and a Glee "star" playing Art game... Yup, commercials geared towards mature audiences. 

The only PS Vita commercial I've ever seen on TV here in Germany is this one

And it aired on Super RTL and Nickelodeon. And again, that's the only one I've ever seen, whereas there were lots of Nintendo 3DS commercials on ProSieben (geared towards 14-49 year olds).
