audio streaming like music is more
gaming is likely more
video streaming is worst, especially if HD
I doubt anyone is DL files that is killing you unless you all pirate the world a ton with movies/games. If that's the case, well change providers or buy you shit legally.
Is a neighbor using your wifi? did you secure your wifi with a decent pw? Try changing the pw and see who asks for the new one. But that will stop anyone from accessing.
