No one would argue a lower end gpu is marginal compared to a higher end one, yet here we are.

Except multiplat developers are contractually obligated to produce near identical games for X1 and PS4.

So if theres a resolution or small FPS difference, and the game is otherwise identical, then it is marginal.

No one is contractually obliged to make games identical see assassins creed, BF4, COD.....post proof they are? Your talking indies not major publishers.
