Prediction: PS4 will sell 20,000,000 by Dec 31. 2014

It will sell 16 million units this year, it sold +4.2 million in 2013.

Calendar:

Q1 ~4 million (~8 million  by March 31) (yields improve)

Q2 ~2 million (~10 million by June 30) (less demand after launch)

Q3 ~3.5 million (~13 million by Sept 30) (Q3 is a good period for Sony consoles)

Q4 ~7 million (~20 million by Dec 31)

=20,000,000 after its first full year!

Feasible or not? I think it is.

FY06 - - 1.7 1.8 3.5 = 3.5
FY07 0.7 1.3 4.9 = 10.4 million by dec 31 2007

PS4 will be double that of PS3

Next gen is here folks, with the Japanese launch still away, and games like inFamous, Driveclub, wATCH dOGs, Destiny, Uncharted, The Order, Alien, Evolve and a bunch of other announced and unnanounced games, coupled with a killer social media hype, this sales goal will be certainly achieved!
