I don't know how the game is working on Xbone but the bug fix are bigger than PS4 so if anybody says the game is running flawless I will call bullshit for any platform (even PC is a bug festival right now).
BTW the biggest issues on the Xbone version right now is the save corruption bug that happenes a lot of times... sad they didn't fixed but just reduced the numbers the chances to it happen.
-Reduced the risk of single player campaign save file becoming corrupt
