The Last of Us + weed = butt clenching as fuck. I usually play high, and it's the best I've ever been at a MP, though I'm not sure if that's down to the weed but I do feel intensely focused...
Other than that not really, I drink coffee most mornings so if I play something in the morning that could possibly help.
