So I went back to watching One Piece, after getting bored with the first half of the Alabasta arc and deciding to watch other things. But with the break and hte current season seeming pretty lame so far I went back to it. The seccond half of the arc was much better lol, Crocodile is a badass. I will probably stick with it until I catch up. I much prefer shorter shows tho, without all the filler, and super streatched out fights.

Yeah, a big flaw of One Piece in my opinion, even though I love it, is that it drags on way too much. Most other long running Shonens are the same though, to be fair.

Well that's why I don't watch a lot of long running Shonen series lol. I never really got into Naruto, Bleach, Gintama etc for that reason. And I have a lot of nostalgia for Dragon Ball but you know I'm not sure I could rewatch it all these days. Tho aparently Kai is shortened quite a bit with the filler taken out so maybe I should do that, and watch it with my little brothers.
But when One Peice is good it's bloody fantastic, so I will probably stick with it.

I stopped watching Naruto a while ago. I feel like it sucks now, but I'm sort of up to date with the manga because my friend forces me to read it so he has someone to talk to about. I'd rather stop reading though. :p
I do watch and really like Hunter x Hunter it doesn't have the awful pacing that OP, Naruto and others do.
And yeah One Piece is totally worth putting up with the boring parts. You have so much left to watch I'm actually jealous. :p

Didin't have You shoud say. Lately is being slowlly filled with fillers :) But is not their fault... the manga is so crappy that They have no choice...
One Piece latelly is slowing a little but is still beareable... they slow down when the anime is near the manga so they don't have to fill to much... but still is great. Naruto meanwhile I stoped arround episode 50 of Shippuden... the eternal glare I couldn't bear watching 20 min of that -,-... meanwhile Bleach had too much fillers, weren't bad but too much...
