I think this is the different situations we are looking at
play on tv with streaming
controller commands => send to server => send back to telly
play locally
controller commands=> send to console=> send to telly
play locally + streaming
controller commands=> send to console=> send to telly
while at the same time * world info on console => send to server doing calcs => send back to console
