I actually just changed my avatar for the first time in about three years (since I joined the site) about ten minutes ago. So far, both pics have come from two of my favorite anime series of all time, a tradition I'll likely continue in the future, but we'll see.
As for the username, it's one a friend picked for me way back when I was around ten and had first started playing Neopets (anyone remember that place?). I really liked the name, so ever since then, it's become my go-to username for any websites I create an account on.
