Yeah I agree the inside combat was much better and much more tense, particularly against the scavengers, as the military simply ran patrols and were much easier to kill. There just wasn't enough of it imho and the easy to see kill box scenarios were a little too frequent for my tastes. I don't play the MP much anymore but will add you and I've been thinking of getting back into it.
