Will Multiplatform games on XBO ever look better then the PS4 counterparts?

PS4 is more powerful, it's one of the easiest consoles to develop for, and it's the market leader. I'll go with no.  Even if Xbox One was the market leader and everything was catered to the system, with twice the amount of power, even half assed ports might look and run the same on the PS4.
