If Sony wants people to carry the Vita around they should invest in creating unique software experiences that make users want to take the system with them. Irrespective of the changed market exclusive software is what always makes or breaks a platform. Sony simply never invested enough in the Vita to get or create that software. That is Sony's failure with the Vita and it will have no future until they rectify the issue.
