I think you can.
The PS4 and the Wii U can be wild cards waiting to explode at anytime. But the Xbox i completely blocked on the Japanese market. Xbox at best can achieve what they did this gen, wich is a technical tie with Playstation.
Playstation and Nintendo have the potencial to do more.
So yeah... you can tell that Xbox will never be the clear number 1. That much is certain.
