I dunno, I've played some that I haven't noticed a single plroblem in even one playthrough.  Infamous, Infamous 2, Arkham city, and Scarface the World is Yours.

There might be bugs and glitches, but these games are atleast better developed than the majority of the open world games, especially those released in the past few years.

It's made by the same developer, and I've experienced a bug in Arkham City.  I actually had both games listed and then deleted Arkham City from the list.  So no, not fixed, not in the context of the message, which is "I've played through some games that I haven't noticed a single problem in one playthrough."
