Hardware is on a good level but it needs to improve its service.
e.g. phones need android updates much sooner than they are getting them. I think they are the slowest on the market for that.
their computers and phones need to come with less crap so users can maximise the power of the system, and battery life in the case of phones and laptops.
the SEN store needs to be much faster and responsive, and better integration is needed on smartphones to compete with the google play store.
finally, the playstation phone needs to be reinvented by someone with a brain. the old one was worse than the vita in terms of hardware, yet it cost more than a PS3.
im no expert but making something like a vita GSM compatible doesnt add hundreds to the manufacturing cost.
