I am assuming that English is not your first language.  No disresepect meant, but some of your post are very difficult for me to follow.

That being said, the cloud is simply remote computer that ties to your local computing via the internet.  That can be storage, dedicated servers,  rendering offload etc.  My  understanding is that Microsoft has spent a TON of money here.  Dedicated serviers that are fast can only help the online gaming experience.  Also, this will set the bar higher for other developers, since once people have smoother online games with less lag, they will want that as the norm.

It's quite easy to verify that it isn't, but don't bother.

I know what Cloud is, and what it can do... what I don't know is why it is still being used as secret sauce... if Internet isn't good enough to have client-host, how would it be for off loading computing process? What I don't like is the flip flooping of discurse of people to benefit their agenda... I don't support PS fans when they are doing this and won't stand for Xbox fans doing the same.
