Xbox One and PS4 Development is 8 to 10 Times Longer Than Last Gen, Says Capcom

I dont see Capcom as a Elite or even in most cases a good developer anymore, so year maybe for them its 8-10 longer but theese are essentially pcs which should make developing for easier and thus shorter or at worse the same. but hey im not a developer of anykind so i could be totally wrong lol
