The problem is MS treated everyone like idiots.
they went on about the cloud for ages but didnt give any practical examples or demos of it in use.
Sony on the other hand, acquired gaikai AGES ago, but only revealed the service until they had it working and could give demos, not just talk crap and expect everyone to be hyped about results they cant see.
Thats the least that should be required from salesmen, the ability to turn PR crap into something meaningful to consumers who will be spending the money.
