It doesn't work like that dude.  There is no tech for mixing a game running locally with a server streaming video.

Xbox Live cloud is not much different than the hosting that Sony and other publishers use.  The only difference is MS pays for it with Xbox Live Subscriptions.

Yes, actually there is and it's already been demonstrated.
