Microsoft Surface 2. Can It replace my Laptop?

If you can’t or don't want to swing the cash for a 2, then no not at all. It's fine for basic stuff and better than an Ipad except the store is lacking in comparison. There are plenty of sub 500 dollar laptops that would be better suited for what you need.
