well, apparantly the cloud itself just describes the internet per se because if you want to draw a picture of a network, the internet is just a big undefined thing out there, best described as cloud.
so when you say "cloud = services in the internet" that's only partially true, because a cloud service is a service in the cloud aka known as the internet.
and cloud service is the buzzword of the last 5-6 years in the whole IT.
terminals were like the same thing, but what... 30 years ago? ok, now we have virtualised servers, but well....
but yeah, you summarised the whole thing pretty good.
