"if you stick to your orignal spec and the yeilds are currently low the intial shipments will have expensive chipsets (~chip cost = (wafer cost)/((chips per waffer)*(yeild%)) ) and probably lower stock at launch. that cost will quickly come down in price when the yeild issues are figured out in what i'll assume is a few months time." post
