I agree it is easy to do if you don't have a game running in the consoles.
You need to add this feature that will be running in background without create any interference with the game... so you have to be careful to implement this feature.
PS4 uses a background processor for this task.
Edit - The streaming needs to share internet bandwidth with MP games and Party Chat too.
