It would be one thing to do it once but both continental HQ buildings in the same fiscal year goes far beyond prudent financial restructuring.
Besides, any company that knows what they are doing in real estate makes good money leasing out space.
Sears used to make lot of money from their tower in Chicago. They ran into financial trouble and sold it back in the 90's...just like Sony recently did.
