And in a game with such varying modes, as well as other factors such as the people you play with, how would you possibly know just by looking at such an arbitrary number? It's irrelevant, and I hope Titanfall does include bot kills in the K/D because maybe it will end the stupid fascination people have with it. I was in another lobby earlier today trying out Search and Rescue and a couple clan mates were making fun of a dude because his 1.2 K/D was trash. It's sad. Better stats to tell skill would be win ratio and accuracy, but even those can be wildly misleading. When I roll with my CoD friends my win ratio is probably 4:1. When I am playing solo and relying on randoms it's probably 1.5:1. |
If the guy "camping" wasn't getting all those kills the guy with 16 captures wouldn't have been able to capture shit and the fact that he had a negative KDA indicates that he was doing something wrong. Watch a pro match, they assign people to pick off people, and some to defend, and others to go capture and all are equally important
