K/D is just as affected by teammates as the win ratio is. You have tons of UAV's and stuff up because your teammates are good, you have chokepoints covered because you're playing with friends and you know how to work a map, etc etc = your K/D will be higher than when you're not playing with them. There are just too many variables to give a crap about K/D. Yeah, kids on CoD sure love looking at it, but they also love drop shot montages and 360 no scope sniper kills.
