Microsoft paid 50 millions i guess for the expension of gta 4 on xbox for 6 month ,Titanfall is not as big as gta abut i think is not a timed exclusive and it's a full game not a expension i would said something near to 50millions
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
