Similar story for me and my brother. Except we jointly bought a PS3 because we had no money to buy different consoles at first. When I went to college I took the PS3 because he owed me money and I bought most of the games. He bought a 360 (which broke). I also bought a 360 though (which also broke). We both barely play consoles anymore now and now we are PC elitists. For some reason he bought a $2000 PC to play dota 2 for the most part, but at least he will be good for some years. I have a $900 PC for WoW, Dota 2, LoL.
For next gen he does not look interested, and I am too poor to get any.
