It gets really hard to tell eh. I guess it is always good to flip a coin. 

It gets hard to tell when someone who I thought was trolling provides false information, which they seem to believe, to back their statements. Flipping a coin would be good but that would be biased if I know the person is trolling and if the coin is the same on both sides

Also I'd need to consider other confounding factors and take them into account when determing who is trolling and who isn't
