I think MS paid around 200 mill for Titanfall but I believe EA gave them content for Battlefield, FIFA and timed exclusive Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare as part of the package.
I doubt EA would make that deal today though. Now where the PS4 is to become the market leader and XB1 doesn't have all the DRM policies any longer.
