I think it's hard to give a number at this point but your estimation isn't too bad at all.
I am too lazy to do math and I suck at it but I guess 200 million dollars is about the right amount of money Microsoft paid for the exclusive.
I think if the game performs really really well we could see another Gears of War situation. Titanfall 2 and 3 only on Xbox One.
