Well considering EA is the publisher, I guess it would run about as well as Battlefield 4 is running right now LOL

On a more serious note, of course the game would exist without Azure. To what degree things would be changed though, who knows. I think the scalability and price MS offered played a huge role in the design of the game (which is something Respawn themselves have said).
