i, a normal person with decent internet, used gaikai to play rayman orgins right after the acquisition was announced.   it worked great, far better than my test with onlive.

Was this tested in your personal houses net? And it also needs to be under fully loaded servers. Real tests need all real life conditions. Which is why I don't like controlled conditions. I want PS Now to work. That means I can ditch buying future PS consoles.
