even with a 100mbs download and 10mbs upload Onlive and gaikai were still horrible to play on. It is the equivalent of playing on a tv with game mode and having it turned off. The input lag sucks. They recommended a 5mbs download at the time of Onlives launch and with a far superioir connection there were still tons of artifacts from compression and outside of point and click adventures it's not a viable alternative for gaming. I was an Onlive premium member for years in the hopes it would get better but it never did, Gaikai was a little smoother but still not a worthwhile investment.
