Dude, that's local streaming. That isn't dealing with all the limitations through the Internet.

Remote Play works very well over the internet on my Vita. It stutters from time to time but most of the time it is spot on and doesnt lag. (Requires a fast upload speed) but a decent download speed is all you need for the Vita
