Ya 1000w is mere than enough, but I wouldnt look at its wattage alone. Look at a reputable brand like Corsair and their platinum rated best PSU line, like AX series. AX860i would power dual 780tis easily for example despite being rated for 860 watts.
Also when push comes to shove, 780ti spanks the Titan 9 out of 10 times so youre getting te best of the best.
