To make a max out PC I would do the following...
Change the platform to Haswell 1150 instead of X79 and the CPU to 4770k. There is absolutely no difference in gaming between 4770k and 4930k with a single or even dual GPU.
Also get a 128 GB SSD as the boot drive and a 512 GB X 2 in RAID0 SSD for storage. Ditch the mechanical drive. You wanna play games or wait for them to load?
Also get 2X8 GB of ram VS 4X4 GB.
Strong power supply would be ideal to go SLI with another 780Ti in a year or two.
Rest of it is good.
Get a ballin' case with a window, clean cable management...beautiful.
