Building a High End PC to play everything on Ultra. How's this?

Also, though it seems to differ among different people, I'd say the AMD R9 290x gives better value for $100+ less (It's weaker, but not a big difference; i.e. BF4 @ Ultra is 4 fps less on average).

Edit: Forgot to add AMD has Mantle, and recent BF4 presentation showed promising results.

Beat me by two minutes, I was going to say almost the same things about the CPU and the GPU (I'd go with the 7990 though for the price).
