That would be because of stupid business practise.

You're not going to find anybody willing to pay for an initial signing to a nonphyiscal service. Just have a monthly fee...

And Sony won't release PS4 games outside PS4 so that was just a way to say it won't happen.

And you're basing this on what, exactly?

If there's more money/ greater control  involved Sony will not stop doing something just because you say they wont...
