Welcome to #kuporeviews or kuporeviews and other stuff, place your vote up top and what wins will weigh on my consideration of what the final name will be.  Anyways, this is the page where I'll compile all my reviews that are not on a current gen console, playthroughs of games, VGChartz bets, and other stuff.  Current or last gen reviews(PS360Wii,) will still be submitted to An Unbiased Review.

First thing I want to do is let everyone know how I review, because I do use the full 10 scale unlike most of the industries 6/10 only.  Using the full 10 scale makes it near impossible a game to receive a perfect score unless it's that good, and there's atleast one, only one, in my opinion that is.  A 2.75/5 or a 5.5/10 is the very middle(4.5 +/- = 1 or10,) the average, and anything above that score is a good game, atleast a varying degree of good.  So a 6/10 or higher is worth purchasing.  A 3-5/10 while poor, aren't unplayable, as those that fall in that region would have some good qualities but some major issues with the game holding it back.  If a game receives an average of 1-2 though, then it's really that bad.

I've also changed my reviews so that it's completely gameplay and story focused with more weight on the main focus of the game.  The categories are gameplay, design, presentation, and balance.  Gameplay is control, battle system, customization options, etc.  Design is level design, menu navigation, etc.  Presentation is the games pacing, story, graphics, and music, though while graphics and music are part of this they may not affect the rating at all, and at most one point.  Balance is mostly weight towards the games main focus, either story or gameplay, and then minus points whether there are balancing issues or not.

There's an additional weight added to the main focus of the game depending on whether it's mostly gameplay or mostly story.  An example would be if a game is 100% gameplay and no story, then presentation would be another weight towards gameplay.  With graphics and audio, I thought the other way I was reviewing was more unfair and a game shouldn't score better or worse simply because it has better or worse graphics.  The only time graphics and audio will effect the score is if they cause an issue with the gameplay.
