That depends on the compression they use. Most people are happy with 5mbps Netflix, which is comparable to 10mbps mpeg2. Most HD broadcasts are mpeg2 in the 7-15mbps range (at least from my cable provider). Even if they sent the original 15mbps mpeg2 stream that will hardly have an effect on your home wireless n network. (which operates between 130-150 mbps) The ps3 doesn't have wireless-n, but still supports upto 52mbps over wireless-g.
