The problem with the Vita is the problem that Sony has had with the PS3 for years, but alot of people have overlooked since they ended up selling 80 million consoles. Their 1st party games sold horribly. They have sold about 93 million, which for comparison is only 21 million more then Nintendo had on the GameCube, except Sony released twice as many games. Now you have the Vita which is pretty much built on Sony's 1st party lineup, and no one cares. The best selling Vita game in North America is a stripped down version of Call of Duty and they only have 1 game that was broken 1 million WW (Uncharted), while the 3DS has 22. The only things I can see Sony doing are 1. Somehow convincing Rockstar to make a GTA game (Liberty City Stories did sell 7.6 m.) 2. Bundle it with the PS4 for $499. A PS4/Vita bundle would be a great way to just get consoles out there, and then hopefully you can sell a bunch of software too.
