I think you are looking at a $90 price point -- about what people pay for Guitar Hero -- based upon articles that I have seen and the current exchange rates.
It will be the same type of people buying the game. It is easily a 1M seller in NA. Plus with additional games being done for the balance board, it will become a must have item (Skiing by Namco, for example will use the board).
Finally, just remember that Wii buyers are more mainstream than hardcore -- so it will sell well.
