Costa Rica: very small market. The Wii was pretty big at the beginning of the gen, mostly do to the price, but now the PS3 is the one that's taking dominance. CoD, Fifa and GTA are basically the only franchises people own here, very rarely I see people with more variety.
PC gaming is also pretty big because is the easiest to pirate, which pretty big here, till this day I haven't meet anyone who didn't have (or still has) a pirated PS2, you can also buy illegal games in the mall, that's how big piracy is.
Every since the 3DS launched I think I've seen like 5 people playing on the street, never seen anyone with a Vita.
For the new consoles, I see a lot of hype for the PS4 but is too expensive. Microsoft has always been very small here, is easy to find Sony and Nintendo products but Microsoft basically only on dedicated gaming stores.
Games are very expensive, a brand new games can cost $80 or $90, thank god for digital distribution.
