So yeah it doesn't matter if the meds is prescribed or not, anti-depressants are like legal meth which has the same devastating effect on a person. Its better to focus on doing something like sports for example.

Anxiety is a learned response.  Medication isn't the way to overcome a learned response, addressing the anxiety inducing experience is.
